Annual Monitoring Reports

The Strategic Leaders' Board (part of South West Councils), as the Regional Planning Body, has a responsibility to monitor the implementation and effectiveness of Regional Planning Guidance for the South West. The monitoring of policies in RPG 10 requires the assistance and partnership of stakeholders across the region ranging from local authorities to NGOs. The process of data collection is facilitated by a web based, password protected system, developed by South West Councils and partners. Data acquisition begins in late spring of each year and relates to the previous period 1st April to 31st March.

South West Councils are required to produce an Annual Monitoring Report by the end of February each year for CLG ( Communities and Local Government).
